"For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do" (Ephesians 2:10).

God created us to serve Him by serving others.  God has given every believer gifts of the Holy Spirit.  God calls every Christian to use his or her gifts to serve others.  The church is called the "Body of Christ" in that it is made up of many different parts (1 Corinthians 12; Romans 12).  Each part has its function.  None is non-essential.  All are important for the Body to function properly.  If you are uncertain as to what gifts of the Holy Spirit you may have, you may click on the "equipping" button and then follow the link under "spiritual gifts inventory."  Filling out this inventory will give you an indication as to what some of your dominant gifts might be.
